Term-Time Working Policy Statement

WILLS SECURITY SERVICES LTD supports flexible working arrangements and recognises the benefits of term-time working for employees with childcare responsibilities. Eligible employees with at least 26 weeks’ continuous service may request to work on a term-time basis, subject to business needs and approval. Term-time working allows employees to take unpaid leave during school holidays while remaining on a permanent contract. Salary and leave entitlements will be adjusted accordingly, and employees are expected to attend key work events as required.
